Application of Our Products
Hydraulic
presses up to 500-tonnes capacity is used for application in
assembling, bending, pressing, straightening, broaching, blanking,
punching, trimming, compacting, crimping, riveting, deep-drawing,
embossing, staking, forming, molding, stamping, etc. Hydraulic power
packs are built using modular system and control equipments are mounted
on manifold for reducing oil leakage, flow path and to minimize
maintenance problems. Vertical cold chamber die casting machines are
well-suited for the parts requiring high density, quality and large
quantity of production. Die cast rotor enables in producing highest
quality ''squirrel cage'' die casting rotors by vertical aluminum
injection. These machines can be used to cast aluminium alloys, copper
alloys, zinc and its alloys.
