Briquentte Presses are used to compact metal chips in to briquettes for melting. Directly using metal chips in disheveled condition for melting is not easy and cause heavy burning loss and also chips may blow away. Using briquette presses well solves this problem. Further once the metal chips are in briquette form easy to store, transport and convey as it will take less place then the disheveled metal chips.

Briquette Presses are mainly used for processing following metal chips.

Cast Iron, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Magesium, Manganese chips & borings etc can be used.

The length of chips, borings or small turning should not be loger then 15 mm.

Other important advantage of using machine one can separate coolant, lubricant or cutting fluids from chips and these can be processed and reused.

These machines are available in 63, 100, 150, 200 Tonnes capacity.
