VDC Model Die casting machine are well suited for wide range of applications, specially for highest quality Electric Motor Rotor Die Casting.
The technology is based on a three stage turbulence free direct injection system, which guarantees perfect filling of the die cavities, complete gas removal resulting in lower porosity and improved electrical efficiency.
IHPL has introduced VDC machines of vertical injection type consisting of these main parts:
